Summer Trombone Workshop 2007

The third annual Summer Trombone Workshop will explore trombone repertoire in nine days of intensive study. A distinguished faculty will offer students private and public lessons, lectures and concerts. Students will work closely with faculty toward public performances at the end of the workshop. Tenor and Bass trombone players are welcome to apply. Enrollment will be limited to 16 in order to insure a small participant-to-faculty ratio. Each participant will play in four Master Classes and three Private lessons as well as in a trombone quartet and large trombone ensemble. Some applicants may be invited to participate as auditors. Auditors will have full access to all public events and will be invited to play in a large ensemble.
The Summer Trombone Workshop will be held in association with Temple University’s Boyer College of Music. The workshop is open to serious students and young professionals.
